Welcome to Cappadocia Cave Rooms Guest House web site, a special guest house in Cappadocia region, a Unesco heritage site, famous around the world with it's rock formations, rock dug churches and underground cities. My name is Tolun Cerkes, I am the person who owns, operates and restores the guest house. I bought the house in 2005 and after about one year my restoration project was approved and I started the restoration works. After 3 years of hard working I have been able to open some of the cave rooms of the house which are now capable to host my guests.

The house is located on the slopes of Uchisar Castle, a place located on one of the highest corners of the region. The castle was inhabited by Hittites and Early Christians who always needed safe strategic places to defend themselves. Because Uchisar is a high place it offers an extraordinary view over the Valleys of Cappadocia and if the weather is clear it is possible to see the Erciyes Mountain in the horizon. Because it is a high place the winds may blow strong and the air is clean. The cave rooms in all over the village were much liked by the old inhabitants for being cool in summer and warm in winter.

My house is an historical one composed of 7 cave rooms, in some of which I am still working in my free time. Three rooms are now all covered with beautiful marble, equipped with bathrooms, hot water and more. As a tour guide who works in the tourism industry in Turkey for several years, it will be my pleasure to offer you a nice, clean and original accommodation in Cappadocia.
